1. Competency & Responsibility
By hiring a bike from Wondercross, the renter confirms they are a competent and capable cyclist. The renter acknowledges that cycling carries inherent risks and agrees to ride safely and responsibly.

2. Liability
Wondercross is not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage sustained by the renter or any third party during the hire period. The renter assumes full responsibility for their safety and actions while using the bike.

3. Bike Condition
The bike will be provided in good, clean, working condition. The renter agrees to return the bike in the same condition it was received.

4. Care & Cleanliness
It is the renter’s responsibility to return the bike clean and free of faults. Bikes returned in a dirty or damaged state may incur cleaning or repair fees.

5. Damage
Any damage incurred during the hire period beyond general wear and tear is the full responsibility of the renter. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the renter accordingly.

6. Pickup & Return
The renter agrees to pick up and return the bike at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional rental fees.

7. Agreement
By proceeding with the bike hire, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
