ELIGIBILITY & RIDER ACCOUNTABILITY

By registering or participating in a Wondercross ride, you confirm that you meet the necessary age requirement of 18 years or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and sign this form on your behalf.

You affirm you possess the cycling skills, physical health, and experience suitable for the ride.

You will use a safe, roadworthy bicycle equipped with functioning brakes and appropriate tires.

You acknowledge you can perform basic on-the-road repairs unassisted.

You will bring your own water, food, lights, and repair kit since Wondercross does not provide mechanical or medical assistance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Cycling involves inherent risks, including potential injury, property damage, or worse. By joining this ride, you accept full responsibility for all risks associated with cycling and any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from those risks.

LIABILITY WAIVER

In taking part, you waive any claim against Wondercross, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, or affiliates for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, even if due to the negligence of the Released Parties.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses that may result from your actions during the event.

SAFETY MEASURES

You will obey all road rules and traffic laws, wear a compliant helmet, and avoid using headphones or earbuds while riding.

You agree to follow the instructions of Wondercross ride leaders regarding speed, route changes, or safety protocols.

If you experience an accident and are unable to call emergency services, you authorize other participants or bystanders to do so on your behalf and accept any related costs.

INSURANCE & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for any accident, injury, or liability insurance coverage. Wondercross does not provide coverage for participants.

Be aware that not all riders have personal insurance, so if you choose to ride without coverage, you may be personally liable for costs related to any incidents.

PHOTO & MEDIA PERMISSIONS

By participating, you grant Wondercross permission to capture and use photographs or videos of you for promotional and media purposes, without expectation of payment.

EVENT GUIDELINES & CONDUCT

Our rides are friendly, social gatherings rather than competitive races.

Participants should call out hazards, offer assistance when needed, and regroup at designated points.

Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour, including littering or harassment, may result in immediate removal from the ride and possible exclusion from future events.

AGE REQUIREMENT

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on your behalf, signifying agreement with all terms contained herein.
