What’s covered & for how long

Titanium frames: Lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.
Titanium forks: 10 years to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.
Small parts & hardware (hangers, yokes, bolts, small fittings): 2 years.
Paint / finish / decals: 12 months for cosmetic defects present at delivery (excludes normal wear, chips, abrasion, transport or chemical damage).
Demo / B-stock / refurbished frames: Covered on the same terms as new for the periods above.
Commercial use (hire, courier/fleet) and organised competition/racing: Excluded. This warranty applies to the first retail purchaser only and is not transferable.

What’s not covered (common exclusions)

Damage from misuse/abuse, crashes/impacts, stunts or overloading; improper assembly or maintenance (incorrect torque, contamination, unapproved solvents); modifications (drilling, cold-setting, welding/heat treatment); use with non-approved parts that cause or contribute to damage; normal wear & tear, noise/creaks, cable rub, corrosion from sweat/salt/chemicals, UV fading, cosmetic scuffs & scratches; shipping/transport damage (claim with the carrier at delivery); removed/defaced serial numbers or inconsistent proof of purchase.

How to make a claim

1) Proof of purchase required (invoice / order # and date).
2) Registration: recommended (not required).
3) Email: send photos + description to hello@wondercross.com.au.
4) Inspection: we may ask you to bring/send the product to a trusted Wondercross stockist or Wondercross HQ.
5) Who pays shipping: for approved warranty repairs/replacements we split costs 50/50 (you cover inbound; we cover return).
SLA: We acknowledge warranty claims within 3 business days and work to resolve approved claims as quickly as possible; timing depends on stock levels and your location.

Remedies (if it’s a manufacturing defect)

At our option: repair → replace (same or equivalent) → refund if repair/replace isn’t commercially feasible.

Crash Replacement (outside warranty)

If your frame or fork is damaged in a crash/accidental impact, we’ll offer a discounted replacement on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Email hello@wondercross.com.au with photos and your serial number.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under the ACL.

How this appears on your order

Warranty periods run from the original purchase date shown on your invoice. Warranty coverage ends if the product is resold or transferred.
