Buying something as $$$ and big as a bike from another country is never easy so here are some things to keep in mind...

If you are looking to buy a Wondercross bike from outside Australia, you may be liable for paying additional customs taxes and duties upon the product/s arriving in your country. Please use the website chat function ask us about sending your new Wondercross bike to your home country or send us an email on hello@wondercross.com.au

We have the full Geometry chart listed on each model of Wondercross bike, go to the relevant product page and you'll see the Geometry chart near the bottom.

Currently, both the Wanderer and Rambler models are compatible with most mechanical groupsets!

Both the Rambler and Wanderer frames play nice with Shimano Di2.

  • Do you have a warranty? Yes, see the full Warranty Statement HERE.
  • Is creaking covered under warranty?
    Not usually. Creaks are commonly due to assembly, torque, or contamination. We’ll help you troubleshoot;
    if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll apply the warranty remedies.
  • Do I need to register my product?
    Registration is recommended for faster support but not required.
  • Are race or event failures covered?
    No. Organised competition/racing and commercial/fleet use are excluded.
  • What if I crashed?
    That’s outside warranty, but we offer Crash Replacement discounts case-by-case. Email us with photos and
    your serial number.
  • Who pays shipping on a warranty claim?
    For approved claims, costs are 50/50 (you inbound; we return it to you).
  • How fast is the process?
    We acknowledge within 3 business days and move quickly; timing depends on stock and location.
  • Can a second owner claim warranty?
    No. Warranty is for the original owner only.
