We have chosen to work with you because we see you as a unique leader in the community whose values align perfectly with our own. Your genuine interest in our products and community has not gone unnoticed, and we are excited to embark on this journey together.

How we can support you

  • Bike

    For you to use for up to 12 months. At the end of the program you may choose to return it to us or buy it from us for the remaining value.

  • Event entry

    During your time with us we will pay for your entry into 2 of the events on our event ride calendar that year.

  • Social Events

    Non-bike related social gathering. This is an opportunity to connect while sharing ideas off the bike away from the industry.

While we know you can shred the trails with the best of them, the WX Ambassador program focuses on community leadership rather than athletic prowess. Our goal is to lift you up as a leader, providing support and resources that enable you to make a positive impact.

    You will have access to any promotional apparel or parts we created throughout the season, these might be custom one offs or team products.

    For sales directly influenced by you we will credit you a % of the sale price towards any of our products in our store.

    For leading community rides and helping out at events you will get reward points. These can be used to reduce the final cost of your bike.

Please take the time to read the details on what we expect of all leaders in our community.

All products are owned by Wondercross until they have been purchased in full by the Community Leader (CL). Products can be purchased at any time during or at the end of the program at a 30% discounted rate off the recommended retail price (RRP).

Example: You recommend a customer to use your unique code when purchasing a bike. If RRP of bike is $10,000, We will place a credit against your invoice for $500 (5% of sale). Your final invoice when purchasing your bike will be reduced by $500.

An invoice will be issued at the start of the program as a receipt of ownership. This invoice will reflect the purchase price of the product. The bike remains the property of Wondercross until it is either purchased by the CL or returned to Wondercross upon the completion of the commitment.

All sales directly influenced by a CL will be recorded and 5% of the total sale price will be credited towards their own bike invoice. This will be reflected in the final purchase price of the bike at the end of the program. This credit can only be used against the invoice on their bike and cannot be transferred or used to purchase any other products, unless approved by Wondercross.

By participating in the Community Leader program with Wondercross, you acknowledge and agree that you are riding at your own risk. Wondercross is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or death that may occur as a result of riding the bike. You are solely responsible for your own safety during rides. By agreeing to participate in the program, you confirm that you are a competent rider with an understanding of the equipment you will be using.

When representing Wondercross, you must adhere to all local road rules and outdoor recreation policies. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing appropriate safety gear, obeying traffic signals, and respecting all road signs. You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful and considerate of all road, gravel, and trail users. Reckless or inappropriate behavior that endangers yourself or others is strictly prohibited (unless it’s absolutely gnarly... JOKING!).
